We could not have had a better experience! The house is amazing! Located with in minutes of the parks, shopping and downtown Orlando, it is perfect for family vacations .The house is decorated very nicely, but not too stuff, you really feel like you can make yourself at home.

We came for a bachelor party with 20 people and honestly weren’t sure if the space would be big enough, but we were blown away! The house is massive, and everyone had their own bed with room to spare. It was the perfect setup for our group. From the start, communication with the host was excellent, super responsive and accommodating, especially with our early check-in request. When we arrived, we were welcomed with complimentary snacks, water, and even champagne, such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. We came for a golf trip and managed to play 5 great courses, all recommended by Lars. Every one of them was top-notch and budget-friendly couldn’t have asked for better local tips. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning a golf getaway or a family trip to Disney or Universal. The location, the hospitality, and the space make it a 10/10 Airbnb experience

This place worked very well for our group of 14 adults for our staff retreat. The kitchen and living room had enough seating for all of us, the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses, etc., there were enough towels for everyone, and a laundry room available to us.

Very unique home and LOTS of places to catch some ZZZZs. We all enjoyed discovering each of the rooms and hallways. We enjoyed the common areas and sitting around talking an laughing at the end of our day.

The location was great, quiet and close to good food and all that Kissimmee has to offer.

That said, I can recommend this for your next large family/multi-family vacation.

Had an outstanding long weekend with 12 golfing buddies. Would recommend to anyone interested in a similar trip. Paul, the caretaker, was outstanding and always very responsive. House was perfect for our needs.

This booking was a last minute booking as another host canceled our stay 30 minute before checking only because I called to get the codes to the door. Ann and Lars to the rescue they accommodated my whole family in their spacious home and the rest was history. The place is clean and has plenty of beds to rest about 24 to be exact so if you traveling with a large party and need accommodations don’t hesitate to send them a message, they respond back pretty quick and are willing to work with you. The place was cleaned and the TVs are a plus when you back home from your adventures and want to catch up on your shows (Netflix) included. Again don’t hesitate to send them a message and see if it’s available. Thanks Ann and Lars for the accommodations. Great job making it feel homey.

This house is large, close to Disney, lots of beds, a pool, and a large kitchen. Great place for a large gathering. The communication with the hosts was great. We enjoyed our stay.

My family (22 of us) stayed at two houses and had PLENTY of room. The houses were perfect for our disney world adventure :) They were about a 45 second walk from each other, which turned out to be perfect too. Plenty of silverware, plates, etc. I couldn't recommend this place more. We had a great time!

The hosts could not have been more gracious. We had 16 golfers and the location was within 30 minutes of every great course in the Orlando area. close to Publix, liquor store, and pharmacy. lovely location in a private community, plenty of space for all of us, awesome place for a large group.

This is a unique set up!!!!!! There are so many bedrooms but still common space for your group to unwind in. If you have a large group and are in the Orlando area I would definitely suggest these homes.

This place is simply lovely. Lots of space, beautiful pools. Responsive hosts. If you have a big group or a medium sized group where many people want their own bedrooms, this is a super solid spot. Check in was also extremely easy and our many little questions and requests during our stay were responded to quickly and adeptly!
